Eric and his team worked on our bathroom and kitchen remodel as well as minor repairs around the house to get our home updated. Eric is customer service oriented, reliable and responsive when a problem arises during the process. No matter how well you plan a renovation, some unexpected surprises will still come up but Eric will try his best to be fair and reasonable. His crew works hard, and continues to come back to remedy issues until we were happy. For a smooth process, it's recommended to be there for the work, or at least have someone to look at the key milestones and approve the work at stages. Eric has various crews that can take care of tiling, plumbing, electric work and framing. Out of all his crews, the tile guys with Javier and his team are the best - creative, precise and comes up with solutions. Overall we were very happy. The price was not cheap but if you put a value on good quality and time not wasted fixing problems, it is worth it to pay a bit of a premium compared to the other bids we received.
